Location: Los Angeles    Reports to: Account Supervisor

Responsibilities:
-  Maintain notes for meetings.
-  Keep documentation organized for productions.
-  Support TV/Print/OOH/ Interactive productions under very tight timing.
-  Research and compile analyses on competitive sets, categories, markets, audiences, etc.
-  Maintain confidentiality practices.
-  Assists in monitoring budget, research and similar items as assigned.
-  Handle assigned work requests in efficient, timely manner.

Requirements:
-  2 years experience at a solid agency working on a brand that does a lot of advertising
-  Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications or related field
-  Research experience, a plus
-  International exposure a plus
